  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    We have a 99 lb. weight limit. No aggressive breeds: Pit Bulls, Rotweillers, Chows, Dobermans and no exotic pets.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    We allow two pets per apartment home.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Yes, there is a $400 pet deposit required, $150 is non-refundable.
  4. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    No, $75 of the security deposit will be applied to the administrative fee and is non-refundable.
  5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    The resident may sign a lease termination agreement, pay all required fees, follow all guidelines on the agreement, and be released from the lease agreement.
  6. What utilities are included in my lease?
    Utilities are not included in the rental rate.
  7. How long is the term of the lease?
    We allow 6 to 13 month leases depending on availability.
  8. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes, we offer a 3 to 5 month lease with a monthly premium.
  9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    Repair requests may be made over the phone or in writing to management via our community website.
  10. When is my rent payment due?
    Rental payments are due on the 1st day of every month.
  11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    Late fees will be charged on the 4th day of every month.
  12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    At this time, we are not set up to receive electronic payments.
  13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    After hours rental payments may be made 24-hours a day in our night drop box.
  14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    The lease requires notification to management of all guests staying longer than 7 days.
  15. Do you have reserved parking?
    Yes, we have reserved, covered parking available for only $20 per month.
  16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Motorcycles may also park in open parking.
  17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    The lease requires notification to management of all guests staying longer than 7 days.
  18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    Yes, prior to installation residents must pay an additional deposit and show proof of additional coverage via their rental policy.
  19. Do you have cable services?
    Yes, cable service is provided and may be purchased via our local cable provider.
  20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    Yes. The leasing office will accept packages for residents who are not home at the time of delivery.
